China's LCD production capacity is too sufficient: LCD TVs are becoming more and more expensive

Previously, according to the latest forecast of market research company IHS Markit, starting from 2022, global companies will become more cautious in investing in LCD panels, and those suppliers that originally produced LCD-related equipment will have to change their Main business areas. When BOE and Huaxing Optoelectronics' 10.5-generation panel lines are officially put into operation, the investment in LCD panels will be officially terminated.

According to the industry chain, the LCD panel industry currently has a problem of overcapacity. Panel prices are at the lowest point in the market, and the degree of loss is at the highest point in history. Although LCD prices will bottom out in November and rebound, the problem of low-price competition will not be completely resolved. The global display panel industry will be hovering at a low level in the next two years.
