According to the official website information, Henan Huarui Optoelectronics Industry Co., Ltd. is funded by Henan Modern Service Industry Investment Fund and Zhengzhou State-controlled Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd., Henan Xinggang Sunac Venture Capital Development Fund, Zhengzhou Bailifeng Technology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Huajing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. jointly invested and established a TFT LCD panel company in October 2017. The first phase will build the 5th generation TFT LCD panel production line project. The registered capital is 1.2 billion yuan, and the investment scale is 4 billion yuan. It is a key project promoted by the Henan Provincial Government. The project design capacity is 1.2 million pieces per year (the glass substrate size is 1000mm X 1200mm), and the products are positioned in the fields of low- and medium-sized smart terminals, smart homes, smart wearables and vehicles.
