Notice : Please make sure the LCD are still good working before you sending back.because
we will test all LCD before refurbishing. if the LCD cannot be display normally, it means it has
no value to refurbish. we only charge for LCD after refurbishing successfully, our refurbishing
success rate is 99.5%.
Step 1,
Send the LCDs with crack/broken glass to us. Notice, please use good protection for the LCD,
in order to avoid second-damage on the way to china by Express/Delivery. Send the package
to our Hong Kong warehouse,then we will arrange the package back to shenzhen.
Step 2,
We receive the package and then calculate total how many pieces you return, you and we match
the QTY for each Phone module, then we will test all LCD and sort out, getting a conclusion to tell
you total how many LCD can display normally , it also mean how many pieces can be refurbished.
Step 3,
You tell us what colors you need to refurbish for each Phone Module, black? white? or another
colors. Using copy glass or Original glass? And then we will tell a approximated cost for total.
(not final amount cost, because some LCD need to change backlight in the process of refurbishing,
you can see above price the "( if )" )
Step 4,
We take 2~4 working days to finish refurbishing, and then Test them again by motherboard
to Make sure they are in 100% good working condition.
Step 5,
We tell you final price and shipment charge, and then you pay, we ship. PS, also you tell
us how much Value need to declare for your Country Customs

4. How to identify the broken screens you send us?
Solution 1: you can stamp your company logo before sending us.
Solution 2: we can custom a stamp for you, and then stamp it in your screen.
5. What's your usual payment term for orders?
